The new SAFEPRO+ RLS EPIRB includes an AIS locating signal and an Infra-Red (Night-Vision) optical signal to aid detection of survivors in low light conditions. Plus, the addition of Return Link Service (RLS) capability allows two-way communication, specifically, receipt of a re-assurance signal confirming professional rescue services have received the distress signal and the user’s location is known.
Rugged, multi GNSS 406MHz Satellite EPIRB with both GPS and Galileo receivers, unique inbuilt AIS, optimised for new MEOSAR system and RLS capability.
